Attorney-at-Law with over ten years’ experience providing technical assistance to national and regional public administrations in public procurement and public contracts, and in the programming, monitoring and financial management of EU-funded programmes and the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). She supports public bodies and businesses in tenders and public notices, legal opinions, and support to the Responsible Officer for the Procedure (RUP) and evaluation panels.

Public Procurement, Concessions, PPPs and Public Contracts
We assist economic operators, concessionaires and contracting authorities in works, services and supply tenders, concessions, public-private partnerships and project finance, as well as in drafting and managing public contracts and tender documents and in managing EU and PNRR funds. This is the firm’s flagship department.
Real Estate and Construction Law
We assist investors, developers and construction companies in real estate transactions, asset management and relations with public administrations, with reference to the Consolidated Building Act (Presidential Decree No. 380/2001) and regional urban planning regulations.
Public Funding and Incentives
We assist companies throughout the entire public incentive cycle, from application assessment to reporting and controls, with reference to national and EU rules on incentives and State aid, and with specific experience in revocation and recovery proceedings.
Environmental and Energy Law
We assist companies, public bodies and energy operators in environmental and authorisation procedures, in the development of renewable energy plants and in relations with public administrations, with reference to environmental legislation (Legislative Decree No. 152/2006), national and EU energy regulation, and sustainability and ecological transition obligations.
