- Business Crisis and Insolvency LawWe assist entrepreneurs, corporate bodies, professionals, consumers and creditors in the timely detection of financial imbalance and in choosing and implementing crisis and over-indebtedness regulation tools, with reference to the Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency (Legislative Decree No. 14/2019).
- Tax Law and Tax PlanningWe assist companies, entities and individuals in managing tax risk, planning transactions and litigating before the tax courts, with particular attention to the treatment of tax debt in crisis regulation proceedings.
- Labour LawWe assist companies in managing employment relationships, industrial relations and litigation, with reference to the Civil Code, special legislation and collective bargaining agreements, and with specific experience in the construction and labour-intensive services sectors.
- Civil Litigation and ArbitrationWe assist companies in managing disputes before every level of ordinary court proceedings, in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, with reference to the Italian Code of Civil Procedure and ADR rules, shaping litigation strategy around economic outcomes and recovery timeframes.
- Real Estate and Construction LawWe assist investors, developers and construction companies in real estate transactions, asset management and relations with public administrations, with reference to the Consolidated Building Act (Presidential Decree No. 380/2001) and regional urban planning regulations.
- Corporate Criminal LawWe assist entities, directors and executives in preventing and defending against corporate criminal risk, with reference to the administrative liability of entities (Legislative Decree No. 231/2001), the design and updating of organisational and management models, the appointment of and support to supervisory bodies (ODVs), and matters affecting eligibility for public contracts and tender participation requirements.
- Public Funding and IncentivesWe assist companies throughout the entire public incentive cycle, from application assessment to reporting and controls, with reference to national and EU rules on incentives and State aid, and with specific experience in revocation and recovery proceedings.
- Environmental and Energy LawWe assist companies, public bodies and energy operators in environmental and authorisation procedures, in the development of renewable energy plants and in relations with public administrations, with reference to environmental legislation (Legislative Decree No. 152/2006), national and EU energy regulation, and sustainability and ecological transition obligations.
