Attorney-at-Law admitted to practise before the higher courts. Ph.D. in Public Law. Lecturer and trainer. Experienced in managing relationships between economic operators (including non-profit entities) and public administrations: public procurement, urban planning, PPPs, construction, energy, EU funds and co-design (co-progettazione). He also heads the firm’s practice in artificial intelligence and legal tech (EU Regulation 2024/1689 – AI Act) and in blockchain, crypto-assets and digital platforms (EU Regulation 2023/1114 – MiCA, DSA, NIS2).
